Alzheimer Education Services

 In-Home Volunteer Respite

    Respite care is a service that provides a break of time or relief from the constant everyday responsibility of a person requiring constant supervision.

    Williams County Health Department provides in-home respite to caregivers of persons in Williams County afflicted with Alzheimer disease or other irreversible dementia, such as Parkinson's disease, Pick's disease, Multi-infarct dementia and others.

Case Management Services

    For in-home assessments and consultation, call the In-Home Volunteer Respite Coordinator at the Williams County Health Department 419-485-3141 or 419-636-4004, Monday through Friday 8:30-4:30 p.m.
