       RESIDENTIAL SEWAGE SYSTEMS PROGRAM

            *  Permits issued for systems serving residential dwellings up to tri-plexus

      FOOD PROTECTION PROGRAM

                  *     As of March 1, 2010 the Ohio Department of Health requires all new food service

operations (FSO) or retail food establishments (RFE) to successfully complete a

Certification in Food Protection Program. Click here for more details.

 

            *     The food protection program is designed to provide steps in the protection of 

                 the transmission of disease through improper handling of food for public 

                 consumption.  This program consists of licensing and inspecting all         

                 restaurants or Food Service Operations and grocery stores or Retail Food 

                 Establishments, investigating complaints of unwholesome or unsanitary 

                 conditions, and investigating of suspected and confirmed food borne illness 

                 within Williams County.

 

     *    TEMPORARY FOOD SERVICE OPERATION LICENSE APPLICATION 

                

      PUBLIC POOLS / BATHING BEACHES

         

                *   Licensing inspections for safety use to determine possible contamination hazards,

                         proper water quality, circulation and filtering of water.

 

*    Healthy Swimming Tips - Protect yourself and your family against recreational  

      water illnesses 

 

      MANUFACTURED HOME PARKS / CAMPGROUNDS

 

                *   Routine inspection of parks to insure proper home separation, support under

                         homes, electrical hazards, adequate streets.
