Health Education & Screenings
A wide range of health education is available funded partially by the Cardiovascular Health Grant. The health department can initiate or develop a program or presentation if requested by an individual or organization. Examples include:
Cholesterol and blood sugar screenings are available by appointment for individuals and/or worksites for a fee.
