NOTICE TO ALL PARENTS OF STUDENTS ENTERING KINDERGARTEN AND 7TH GRADE IN
AUGUST 2010
Starting in the fall of the 2010-2011 school year ALL
children entering kindergarten must have a 2nd chickenpox vaccine
(SEE FLYER)
and ALL children entering the 7th grade
MUST
have a Tdap booster (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis)
(SEE FLYER).
This new requirement is coming from the Ohio Department of Health. There are
other vaccine recommendations for all adolescents, please call for more
info.
